Artist and studio-apartment residency exchanges between Québec and Belgium BPS22

Under this exchange agreement, a Québec artist can engage in a two or three month sojourn in Charleroi at BPS22. In return, a Belgian francophone artist will be invited to Québec, to engage in a residency in the Saguenay region, at the Centre Bang.
